We, the undersigned, believe that the picture of a man pulling down his pants in the front entrance of the Abercrombie & Fitch store at Triangle Town Center is sexually explicit and should not be forced on children and unknowing shoppers at the mall. We are asking the mall and Abercrombie & Fitch to move this picture inside the store where unwilling mall patrons are not exposed to it. In the future, we are also asking the mall and the store to display pictures in the front entrance that do not impinge on the sensitivities of mall shoppers.

Furthermore, CBL properties and Triangle Town Center ask their patrons to act in a decent manner as laid out in Number 12 of their Code of Conduct.

"In order to help ensure a pleasant shopping environment, we ask all visitors to refrain from the following:

...12. Displaying or wearing any item which depicts sexually explicit activity, illegal activity or obscene or offensive language, wearing clothing or lack of clothing that is likely to create a disturbance or embroil others in open conflict or that offends community standards of decency or that impinges on the sensitivities of others in the mall.

However, the mall does not apparently hold its stores to the same standard as it does its patrons. We are asking that the mall begin to hold its stores to the same standards that it asks of its patrons.

Finally, we agree not to shop at this mall until this picture is moved inside the store where it cannot accost unwilling shoppers who do not want their families exposed to this type of indecent material.
